NARRATIVE:

During the interview my respondents Dianne Mae Malong, a 23 years old ,nationality Filipino’s
female, provided her personal information. She was born on April 22, 2000, and holds a college
degree in Bachelor of Industrial Technology from President Ramon Magsaysay State University.
Dianne Mae's occupation is related to HIV-AIDS treatment, specifically at a treatment hub in
hospital Iba , President Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital.

Moving on to housing and community characteristics, Dianne Mae resides in Purok 3, Talugtog,
San Agustin, Iba, Zambales. When asked about the three development programs that she believes
are needed but not yet available in her community, she mentioned the following: Small Fishery
Program, Handicraft/Cottage Industry, and Leadership.

In terms of demographic profile, Dianne Mae has completed her college education, as previously
mentioned. She was employed as a government worker at the time of the interview.

Regarding her family background, Dianne Mae's father's name is Edgar Malong, who works as a
carpenter, while her mother's name is Analyn Malong, who is a housewife. Dianne Mae has three
siblings, namely Ian Patrick Malong, Jennelyn Malong, and April Anne Malong. Ian Patrick
Malong is male, Jennelyn Malong is female, and April Anne Malong is also female. However,
none of her siblings live with her.

The problem facing by the resident inside the community is all about leadership program of

male, serves as an Admin Aide 1 in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). He
represents just one of many individuals within the community striving to make ends meet while
contending with the adverse health and nutrition conditions prevalent in the area.The lack of
comprehensive health and nutrition programs emerges as a prominent issue plaguing the
community. Despite being a college graduate from the President Ramon Magsaysay State
University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), Muriell and
his family, including his parents Neil and Marlene Agana, face the harsh reality of inadequate
access to healthcare facilities and essential nutritional resources.

Muriell's father, Neil Agana, works diligently as a janitor, while his mother, Marlene Agana,
fulfills her role as a homemaker. Together with Muriell's siblings—Marnel, Marjonel, and
Marinella—they form a close-knit unit striving to navigate life's challenges. However, amidst
