Guide to FILL Exam FORM AND EXAM FEE THROUGH ERP

Step 1 – LOGIN TO YOU ERP PORTAL (https://erp.indiraedu.com)


STEP 2 – GO TO THE ACADEMIC FUCNTION TAB
STEP 3 – UNDER ACADEMIC FUCNTIONS, CLICK ON UNIVERSITY
EXAM/RESULT
STEP 4 – CLICK ON ‘AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY EXAM FORMS’
STEP 5 – Select the exam schedule (Semester Exam Name)
Step 6 – Under exam schedule select BBA Batch 2021-24 Term
End Examination May 2024.
Step 7 –The form will appear as seen below and subjects will be
automatically selected, please ensure to check and select
compulsory and electives subjects correctly.
Step 8 – CLICK ON SAVE form, - YOUR EXAM FORM PAGE WILL
OPEN after form is saved.
STEP 9 – Scroll down check the details of
Please note - the box highlighted in green is very important,
check if all details & your name reflects correctly, if not – got to
your profile and fill these details and upload your photo.
STEP 10 – SCROLL UP AND select Mode of payment

STEP 11 – When you go for your Online payment you will be


re-directed to the payment page. You can pay through any
mode as per your convenience.
Please note – payment must be done only through ERP for
exam form (no cash transfers are allowed)
Step 12 - After the payment procedure is complete you will get
an option to download your exam form.
STEP 13 - You need to click on download/save pdf option –
PLEASE TAKE A PRINT OF YOUR EXAM FORM & Payment
Receipt.
STEP 14 – Submit print of Exam Form and Payment receipt to the
Admin Department at a time of Hall Ticket Collection.

Please Note:
AFTER MAKING PAYMENT WAIT SOMETIME TO SEE IF THE
AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED, INCASE THE SCREEN SHOWS
UNSUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION AND AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED,
CONTACT BBA Admin office. The payment sometimes could
take some time to settle down.
