At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
a) Define and identify reciprocal pronouns.
b) Understand the usage and function of reciprocal pronouns.
c) Appreciate the importance of reciprocal pronouns in constructing a
sentence.

Our topic for today is all about reciprocal


pronouns, We will be discussing its
meaning and uses

But before that, who among you had an ( yes ma’am)


idea of what is Reciprocal Pronouns?

Okay the word reciprocal itself gives the


meaning of reciprocity, and the
Reciprocal Pronouns is a type of
pronouns used to point two or more
people who are the subjects of the same
verb in a sentence.

example I will throw the ball and who
ever catches it will going to answer.

e.g.

We give each other gifts in exchange.


They settled with each other.

Each other- usually refers to two


persons or subject

One another- is used when there are
more than two persons or subjects

Activity: Raise the hands

Instructions:
The class will be divided in to two
groups
The teacher will give two pair of green ( The student will participate)
and red hand
The teacher will give some situations
and the students will determine if it is
right or wrong by raising the hands
The first group that will get three correct
answer will the winner

Instructions: Underline the Reciprocal Pronouns that used in the given
sentences.
V. Assignment
Instructions: Research about our next topic which is verb give at least 10
example.
