Sample BODY OF THE LETTER
Good day!

I would like to excuse myself in your class today, December 9, 2022, because I have
a fever.

It started yesterday and until now my temperature is still high at 38.7 degrees
Celsius. Since I am still not feeling well, my doctor advised me to take a rest for the
whole day.

I promise to cope with the missed activities during my absence. I am hoping for
your kind consideration regarding this matter. Thank you very much.
