Standard and Guidelines in the Conduct of Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Crim)
Program.

2. ICOW the above references, hereunder is mu summary of Weekly

Accomplishments/Activities Report covering the period from March 4, 2024 to March 8, 2024.
A. Monday (March 4,2024)

0630H - 0830H - Attending in Monday Flag Raising Ceremony in

Pamantasan ng lung sod ng Muntinlupa (PLMUN). After that we have a ranking
inspection.

0930H - 1130H - I inspect tryclle motors at parking lot level 4 for new
prangcisa and todai number.

1130H - 1300H - I encoded violation tickets of what was cuaght on March 1-

3, 2024.

1300H - 1400H - Lunch Break

1500H - 1600H - After taking my lunch I continued to encode violation

tickets.

1600H - 1700H - I was assigned to write the names that will get the cedula
for their new re-new motor cycles.

B. Tuesday (March 5, 2024)

0800H - 1000H - I got to the office and ma’am cheche tell me to encode the
violation tickets who was caught in March 4-5, 2024.

1000H- 1130H - After I encoded that violations tickets, I arrange new

violation tickets for the traffic enforcers (T.R.U).

1130H - 1230H - Lunch Break

1300H - 1700H - After my lunch I continue to encode violation tickets.

C. Wednesday (March 6,2024)

0800H - 1100H - I got to the office and sir will instructed me that many
trycycle drivers will come to the parking lot level 4 for their motor cycles re-newal
and I have to inspect it.

1100H - 1300H - Lunch Break

 1400H -1700H - After I inspect the motor cycles I was going to make their
new cedula’s so that their new motor body number can be encoded.

D. Thursday (March 7, 2024)

0800H - 1000H - I got to the office and ma’am cheche is laughing because
there are many violation tickets that were caught on March 6-7, 2024 that I need
to encode.

1000H - 1130H - Ma’am cheche teach me how to assist and to organized

the requirements paper for the re-newal of motor cycles.

1130H - 1300H - I arranged the sticker numbers in sequence of motor

cylces which the owners have not yet taken.

1200H - 1700H - Ma’am grace asked me to help her to encode the names of
the tycycles drivers and their todai’s.

E. Friday (March 8,2024)

0800H - 1000H - I update in the system those who have paid the violation
tickets what we caught from March 4-7, 2024.

1100H - 1230H - Lunch Break

1230H - 1400H - I stamped new inspection papers and ID cards for the
prangcisa.

1400H -1700H - I printed body numbers and sticker numbers to be given to

those who have already renewed their motor cycles.
