2. ICOW the above references, hereunder is mu summary of Weekly

Accomplishments/Activities Report covering the period from March 11, 2024 to March 15, 2024.
A. Monday (March 11,2024)

0630H - 0830H - Attending flag ceremony in Munisipyo.

0930H - 1000H - I encode violation tickets.

1000H - 1130H - I write the names who registered their motor cycles for
cedula.

1130H - 1230H - Lunch Break.

1200H - 1500H - After taking my lunch I continued to encode violation

tickets.

1500H - 1700H - Ma’am cheche told us to arrange the requirement papers

of motorcycles in order.

B. Tuesday (March 12, 2024)

0800H - 1100H - I got to the office and I start to encode violatio tickets and
update violation tickets that already paid.

1100H- 1230H - I arrange for those who will get a new sticker number for
their motorcycles.

1230H - 1330H - Lunch Break.

1330H - 1400H - After my lunch I continue to arrange new sticker numbers

in order.

1500H - 1730H - Midterm exam for synthesis.

C. Wednesday (March 13,2024)

0800H - 1000H - I got to the office and ma’a, grace instructed me to encode
the names of toda’s that did not register their motorcycles.
 1000H - 1200H - Lunch Break.

1300H -1630H - Midterm exam for synthesis.

D. Thursday (March 14, 2024)

0800H - 1000H - I started my day to encode violation tickets and update that
already paid.

1000H - 1130H - Ma’am cheche ordered me to put the obtained fake driver’s
license in a box. After that I continue encode ant update violation tickets.

1130H - 1200H - Lunch Break.

1200H - 1300H - After my lunch break Sir. Will told me to arrange the old
sticker numbers and requirements in the drawer in order.

1430H - 1600H - Midterm exam for synthesis.

E. Friday (March 15,2024)

0800H - 1100H - I got to the office and start to print new sticker numbers
this year 2024 and I arrange it in order. After that I listed the names that own the
new sticker numbers.

1100H - 1230H - Lunch Break.

1230H - 1400H - After my lunch I encode again violation tickets and assist
some customers how to get clearance for their motorcycles because it is
impounded in pakwood tunasan.

1400H -1700H - I make cedula’s for new registration motorcylces.
