CONTENT: The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council conducted a 4th QUARTER COUNCIL MEETING last
November 8,2023 held at The Plaza Garden Hotel and Residences at Legarda Road. (Engr. Rodel Q. Lagare from the City Engineering Office
shared the latest developments on infrastructure projects financed by the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM)
Fund for the year 2023. According to the data, eight (8) projects have been successfully completed, and there are
currently thirteen (13) construction projects in progress. Ma'am May Grace Palicdon-CBO, a member of the Technical Working Group/Bids 8
and Awards Committee (TWG/BAC), added that all projects planned by the City Engineering Office have already been granted to successful
bidders, and they are now anticipating the issuance of the "Notice to Proceed."

2.)Joint Inspection and discussions for DILG Funded Projects under Local Government Support Fund – Financial Assistance
to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU)
CONTENT: A meeting was
conducted in the CEO conference room post-inspection to address matters related to the utilization of the fund by DILG. (The DILG Central
Office emphasized that the LGSF-FALGU fund's validity, including disbursement, extends only until
December 31, 2023, as outlined in the General Appropriations Act, FY 2022 Section 68.To comply with DILG requirements, 14
essential documents such as the Project Completion Report, updated quarterly Fund Utilization Report, and Documentary
Compliance (Aid Memoir) are necessary. Additionally, project status updates, accompanied by documentary pictures, are to
