Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF NASUGBU BARANGAY BUNDUCAN OFFICE OF THE PUNONG BARANGAY ' EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.O2 Series of 2024 EVITALIZATION OF THE BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC) AND THEIR ROLE IN DRUG CLEARING OPERATIONS. | WHEREAS, the constitution mandates that the government shall promote quality of life of the people; | WHEREAS, drug-related incidents have been constantly present in our country and resulted in multiple incidents; WHEREAS, despite the efforts of the PNP and other law enforcement agencies of the government, their ig presence threatens the peace and order in our communities; WHEREAS, the barangays as the fist line of defense, should lead the fight against illegal drugs through smpaign, " Mamamayan, Sugpuin ang ligal na Droga”; WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 2015-63 enjoins all Punong Barangay to revitalized the Barangay rug Abuse Council NOW THEREFORE, | Hon.
