In line with PETROSANNAN HSE Policy, the following ‫ا‬ ‫و‬ ! ‫ا‬ # ‫وا‬ ‫ا‬ B ً % '

PETROSANNAN Employees ‫'رو ن‬
Company shall provide the PPE to all PETROSANNAN ‫ن‬ ‫ ا‬B . #$% ‫ر; 'و& ر ! ت ا و" ا‬% ‫ ا‬3
employees free of charge and enforce wearing of B . K& #$% ‫ ً و&رض إر'داء ! ت ا و" ا‬.
PPE’s in all risky areas identified in this document. ‫ زن 'رو ن‬$ .‫راء‬.=‫ ھذا ا‬K& ‫طرة ا ددة‬$ ‫ا طق ا‬
‫ ا وردة ; ود‬#$% ‫! ت ا و" ا‬ ‫ھ ا ;ن اط‬
PETROSANNAN warehouse is the normal source of
. ;‫ر‬% ‫ ا‬KJ‫ز ن وظ‬$'
PPEs issued as stock-items for Company employees.
All such PPEs shall be procured by PETROSANNAN ‫ ر; "ط ع‬% #$% ‫ا‬ "‫ ! ت ا و‬B . ‫راء‬% ‫'م‬
with involvement of Company Safety Department. .‫'رو ن‬ ‫ا‬
Basic/minimum PPE shall be kept as the warehouse K ' ‫ب أن‬. ‫ ا‬#$% ‫! ت ا و" ا‬ ‫ا دا د‬
stock. Concerned personnel should draw PPE and/or ‫ن ب‬ ‫ ن ا‬J‫ب أن ا وظ‬. .‫ زن‬$ ‫ل ا‬$‫زون دا‬$ ;
other safety equipment for their use with appropriate ‫رى‬$ ‫ا‬ ‫أو دات ا‬/‫ و‬#$% ‫ا‬ "‫! ت ا و‬
approval from their Supervisor. .‫ن رؤ !م‬ ‫ ا وا& ا‬B ‫دام‬$' Z
PPEs for use in this document must meet
international standards. ‫ب أن‬. ‫راء‬.=‫ ھذا ا‬K& #$% ‫ا‬ "‫دام ! ت ا و‬$' ‫إ‬
Each Supervisor is responsible for the provision of . ‫ر ا دو‬ ‫ ا‬K&‫'و‬

4-2-2 Enforcement of PPE on Contractor Personnel

used to facilitate the rescue of persons working in

The following precautions must be observed when

device and letting go - if it does not lock at once, it

must immediately be withdrawn from service for

this will lock the device. Should the device not lock it

12-6 Shock Absorbers

In order to reduce the possibility of injury to the body

in the event of a fall, shock absorbers have been

or belt and the anchorage point, allow the fall to be ‫ ا وط وذ ك‬3‫ إ ط ء ر‬K 3 X ‫ا زام و ط ا ر ط‬
slowed down, thus absorbing energy and reducing the .‫ م‬. ‫ ا‬K 3 ! ‫ ص ا ط " و' ل ا وزن ا ! ا‬#'
