4-2-3 PPE to Visitors

Visitors to PETROSANNAN facilities should obtain PPE

from their employer before traveling to

PETROSANNAN sites; however, it is recognized that

certain visitors (Very Important Persons VIPs) and

certain other persons who may visit at short notice

may not be able to obtain the PPE in advance. As ر; ت%ر; و% T ل ھذه اN K& .ً د #$% ا

should maintain a supply of basic PPE in excess of that ن ' ك3 'زو دھم ! وا زا دة ا#$% ا و" ا

Contractor.
4-3 PPE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS تاو ا ط ت ا در ب٣-٤
Training in the use and maintenance of PPE shall be "! ت ا و #دام و$' إK 3 ب 'و& ر ا 'در ب.

6-3 Use and Maintenance of Head Protection

6-3-1 As with all personal protective clothing and

• Not to paint, mark or label a helmet, as this can . ر ذ ك8 ط و$ اK&

• To minimize exposure to sunlight, extreme heat
or cold, chemicals, etc., س أو% وء ا5 ً راN; وذة$ ا ' ل ن ' رض ا •
• To remove all dirt and moisture after use, with .د دة% أو ا رودة ا ا رارات ا
warm soapy water, ء دام وذ ك$' +د ا إزا أ أو خ أو رطو •
• To keep in lockers or other places provided when . ون# وا

• To request a replacement if the helmet is lost or if
the shell or harness has become damaged. & دھ – أو دوث ' ف K& – وذة$ ط ب ا ' دال ا •

• The validity of the helmet is according to the
manufacturer's instructions, and it is necessary to ب. وB # دات ا%وذة ';ون ط ً =ر$ ا # •
replace the helmet after its expiration date . ا&ور !' # ء !' ا د وذة$ ا دال ' M 'زام =ا
immediately.

• It is now recognized that chronic medical

unprotected exposure.
• Protective clothing can usually be obtained in ءN ! أ3 ول# 'م ا دة3 " إن ا س ا واo

• Such clothing is available in either one or two- ورة د "ط# K& ' ن ا س3 ھذه ا وo

• These should not only be waterproof and durable

In order to reduce the possibility of injury to the body
