SUMMARY
After a full analysis of your website content, we prepared some documents and we will
discuss them with you about improving and changing the way the website works. By
doing this we will propose a strategy based on UI/UX and marketing to improve your
sales by booking number.

First of all, the website, does not have a SEO strategy and any branded content that
talks about your website. That means, that you do not own backlinks to your website
nor any other SEO articles to promote your business.

We need to improve the website content, generate new pages and also improve the
type of the pages by creating the Blog part as a News part with updates weekly.

About the design, we will propose some design changes to improve the mobile part as
also the desktop one as Google now has a mobile-first-index, that means he will upper
class any websites that have a good to great user experience on mobile.

Based on the audit, we have 0 Social media brandings, and a visibility on SEO of
0.02% while the competition has on #1 38.83%, #2 19.23 and #3 17.83% (
viennadriver.com has 16.61% as #5 in competitors list )

In the following document we will present tasks and implementation ideas that will
increase and will be improving the website.

Modifications and improvements
Fixing errors based on loading speed ( parts of them where already done improvements
from 21% with 7.9s, 6.82MB and 55 requests to 87% with 5.1s, 1.64MB and 46 requests )

- Cloudflare implementation is waiting and the loading time and score will be
improved
- Rest of already completed tasks will not be shown here

Improving the booking system will be mandatory because based on videos from HotJar and
ClickTracer, we have users that do not know how to select date and/or time and is visibly a
challenge for them this step.

- Step 2 of booking is waiting for improvements by changing and


implementing a system to disable and alert users about the maximum
number of passengers / desired car

SEO & SEM improvements are mandatory as the website/business has 0 presence online
and requires at least a 15% to be in top #10 searches. That means we need:

- You require additional pages to create and grow content


- What pages? Pages like blog posts or news about Events in Vienna,
What to visit, how to travel inside Vienna with strong adjustment on
the business branding and awareness
- Maintaining and improving the social media with posts and link to the
website, user interaction and twice on month with Boosts on some posts
with high end data , like next event or something amazing to visit
- Creating the content of the website based on a proposed strategy and
maintaining the view
- Why? Because you can not be friendly and business in the same time,
you need to create and hold a standard
- Customizing emails and footers with a better user interaction
- Creating offers and news by email for old customers to maintain them
- Sending weekly updates to partners and customers if there are news
- Converting current users to remarketing targets and lookalike to target new
potential customers
- Implementing Tawk.to for direct chat with customers if needed
- Unimportant links and redundant links like / and /en need to be redirected to
basic
- Sitemap is not fully compliant
- IMPORTANT! Feedback email must be constructed with links for the client to
provide feedback at 3 days after the journey!
Design improvements, UI/UX
In this moment we have some design issues that need fixing them by tasks from urgent (1
day max) to less urgent ( 1 week max ) implementation requirements. What we need to
improve?

- Black bullet to be removed from form ( opposite part of GET QUOTE )


- The form has little design flows that need to be corrected and some fields moved
- Header needs to be rethinked for desktop and mobile version
- Social media needs to be moved to footer and contact info remains on top
- Language needs to be minimised in 3 flags, all 3 displayed all time
- Main menu will be improved
- Some language errors needs to be corrected
- Branding of website needs to be defined ( colors )
- Main content needs to be rearranged and added a news part
- Footer part needs to be rearranged
- Pages as Contact US, Services, FAQ, Prices will also be improved

NOT IMPLEMENTED BUT MANDATORY!

GDPR is not implemented on the website and we urge the client to setup a GDPR
compliance page

Privacy Policy/ Terms and Conditions/ Cookie law are not correct and will require to be
modified and delivered with the EU data compliance
