This refers to your discussion with us regarding renewal of Annual maintenance contract.
We wish to thank you for using a KAESER Compressor and placing your trust in us. We
are sure that you must be satisfied with the performance of the compressors.

Both you, and we, want that your compressed air is available all the time, without
exception. For this reason, we suggest that you make a small investment under very
reasonable conditions. You should take this important step to ensure that you get
uninterrupted compressed air supplies.
A preventive maintenance contract for your KAESER compressed air is the answer.
This contract guarantees that our qualified customer service team cares for your
installation to using a comprehensive checklist. This allows the “internal condition”
of your installation to be preventively determined in time. If necessary,
corresponding measures can be initiated.

1. Frequency of our scheduled visit : - One Year Per, Two month One Visit (Total Six visits)

2. Duration of each visit: - ONE DAY per visit.

3. Charges: - Rs.70,800/- (Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Rupees Only)

4. Payment terms: - 100 % before commencement of the contract

5. Scope of service: - According to the attached list of services.

6. The following will be invoiced at actual: -

Repairs not mentioned in the list of services

Dismantling of inaccessible packages, ventilation ducts etc.

7.Duration Of Contract:- One Year

 Other agreements:-

KAESER will make all out efforts to ensure trouble free working of the
compressor. However, KAESER cannot take the responsibility of any
production loss etc. at your End because of non-availability of the
compressor.
Repair or maintenance measurers carried out under this contract do not release the
user form the prescribed preventive control routines described in the service
manual.
It is the user’s responsibility to make the compressor available for preventive
Maintenance to KAESER service engineer on his scheduled visit. Otherwise such
Visit will be charged.
Our service engineer will supervise the maintenance activities. However,
all the necessary skilled / unskilled manpower, tools / tackles,
consumables etc. shall be provided by the user free of charge.
The user shall arrange in advance, all the GENUINE KAESER spare Parts as
Suggested by our service engineer prior to his Scheduled visit to the
contract. Site cost of These Spare Parts is NOT INCLUDED in price of this
In case the stay of our engineer at site extends beyond normal working hours, it
will be charged extra @ RS. 450/- per hour subject to maximum of 2 hours.
The suggestions / recommendations given by KAESER service engineer from
time to time on operation of compressor, maintaining inventory of spare parts
etc. shall be implemented by the user.
Spare parts of electrical panel, MCC, Switch Fuse Units etc., which are external
to the compressor.

Enclosed, please find our draft copy of service contract format, which is to be
submitted in your letterhead along with 100% Payment for the contract value
at the earliest.

LIST OF SERVICES COVERED UNDER MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

1. GENERAL SERVICES:-

Check of installation and ambient conditions.

Maintenance by KAESER service engineer based on comprehensive checklist and final
check.
Documentation of the maintenance results in the
checklist. Scheduling the maintenance dates mutually.

2. LIST OF SERVICES FOR SCREW COMPRESSORS:-

Check cooling. Clean cooler of air-cooled packages.
Check valves for wear. Clean. Repair.
Check couplings / steel mesh belt guard.
Check air inlet filter / filter mats. Clean. Replace if necessary.
Check oil level, oil filter, oil separating cartridge. Replace oil and oil filters if
necessary. Check performance of compressor block, vibrations, direction of rotation,
leaks etc. Check pipe work and hose connections for leaks and tightness.
Check safety valve and gauges for correct function.
Check and clean condensate drain of air receiver if supplied by KAESER.
Check electrical cables and cable inlets. Check motor blades for damage.
Grease drives motor at the grease nipples.
Check performance of fan motor. Check motor blades for damage.
Check setting of overload protection trigger. Change if necessary.
Check settings of time relays. Change if necessary.
Check function of SIGMA control.
Check emergency stop function. Check door interlock switch function. Adjust if
necessary.
