4. Hotel
Hotels are the most traditional and most common types of accommodation.
Hotels are typically larger establishments that offer a range of amenities and facilities, such as
restaurants, bars, conference rooms, and fitness centres. They often have multiple room options,
including single rooms, double rooms, suites, and family rooms. Hotels also tend to have high
standards of service and cleanliness. Hotels are ranked using a star rating system. Hotels are
awarded a grade between 1-5 stars (1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest). This tells the tourist
what level of service to expect at the hotel
2. Excellent Customer Service: Exceptional customer service is key. Hotel staff should be
friendly, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs. This creates a welcoming atmosphere
and helps guests feel valued and well-cared for during their stay.
3. Amenities and Facilities: A good hotel should offer a range of amenities and facilities.
This might include on-site dining options, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and Wi-Fi
access. These amenities enhance the overall guest experience and provide convenience
and entertainment.
4. Safety and Security: Safety should never be compromised. Guests should feel secure
within the hotel premises. Adequate security measures, such as well-lit parking areas and
card-key access to rooms, are essential to protect both guests and their belongings.
