Day 2 of RCL LAW FEST 2024, SUITS 2.

O, was marked by intellectual rigor, spirited

competition, and meaningful engagement. Participants showcased their talents,

expanded their knowledge, and connected with peers and professionals, contributing

to an enriching experience for all involved.

Valedictory Ceremony: The highlight of the day was the valedictory ceremony, where

participants, organizers, and guests gathered to celebrate the culmination of the law

fest. The ceremony featured speeches from distinguished guests, including Prof.

(Dr.) MEENU PAUL, Former Chairperson, Department of laws, Panjab University

Chandigarh. recognition of winners from various competitions, and reflections on the

significance of legal education and advocacy.

The second day of the law fest was a resounding success, fostering intellectual

exchange, camaraderie among participants, and a deeper appreciation for the field

of law. As participants bid farewell to the event, they carried with them newfound

insights, memories, and inspiration for their future endeavors in the legal profession.

Client Counseling Competition:

The Client Counseling Competition on Day 2 of the Law Fest witnessed intense

negotiations and legal strategizing as participants engaged in simulated client

interactions. Teams showcased their ability to understand client needs, offer legal

advice, and demonstrate effective communication skills. The competition provided a

platform for aspiring lawyers to hone their client counseling abilities under pressure.

The Winners were Toshya Bhalla and Shireen Sengupta From, Vivekananda Institute

of Professional Studies, Technical Campus and RUNNER UP were Vaibhav Gupta

and Rohit Raj From Chandigarh University.

Law Quiz:

The Law Quiz event added an element of intellectual challenge to the Law Fest,

testing participants' knowledge of legal principles, landmark cases, and current

affairs in the legal field. Participants competed in a series of rounds, showcasing

their understanding of various branches of law and their ability to think critically

under time constraints. The quiz fostered healthy competition and encouraged

participants to deepen their understanding of legal concepts.

The Winner of Law Quiz was Vishwajeet Singh From Punjab College of Law, Chunni
kalan and Runner up was Yashu Bansal from Rayat College of Law.

Law Fest concluded with Vote of Thanks by Mr. Ajitabh Mishra (Co Convener SUITS

2.O) the esteemed dignitaries for devoting their precious time to the event. The event

was ended up by the National Anthem.

The event served as a platform for networking and building meaningful connections

within the legal community, The participants got the chance to engage with peers

and mentors opening new gates for professional growth.

Overall, Day 2 of the Law Fest was a dynamic blend of practical legal skills and

academic knowledge, providing participants with valuable opportunities for learning,

networking, and professional development.
