STUDENTS – HOSTEL APPLICATION FORMAT

To gain admission you will need to submit (couriered or mailed in one PDF Docket) the application along
with the following documents and follow-up your application until it clears the interview.

Your application MUST be on plain paper stating: -

The Reason Why accommodation is required.

The Period for which accommodation is required
Your present address and contact number and contact numbers of parent and email id.
Attach a copy of your Students Home Town Address Proof.
Attach a copy of your Last exam mark sheet and proof of College admission. (Bonafide or Fees Receipt)
Attach a letter of Undertaking from 2 local guardians along with their addresses and telephone numbers
and address proof (Stating undertaking of Physical, Financial, Medical and over all conduct)
Attach photograph (passport size)
Once your application is approved you will be allotted a seat. The charges will be as follows: -

MEMBERSHIP: Rs.950*/- valid for a year.

Caution Money Deposit Rs.7, 000/- (Refundable)

Key Deposit Charges Rs.500/- (Refundable)

Short Term Guest Accommodation Rate - Rs.750/- + 12% GST per day (Less than 15 days single sharing)
Long Term Guest Accommodation Rate - Rs.250/- + 12% GST per day (Minimum 1 Month- 4 Sharing)

Long Term Seat Accommodation Quarterly fees (Staring- April/July/October/January)

2 seaters Rs. 170/ -per day. x 91 days = Rs. 15470/- +12% GST (minimum 6 months Commitment)
4 seaters Rs. 145/- per day x 91 days = Rs. 13195/-+ 12% GST (minimum 6 months Commitment)

MESS:

Mess facility is compulsory mainly (Dinner); residents will be charged as per the monthly bill which is
calculated on a cost-sharing basis.

DEPOSIT: Rs.5000 (Refundable) + Rs. 1,000 (NON REFUNDABLE)

FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

You will be provided a Bed, Table, Chair, and Cupboard. Toilets are common, you can avail facilities such as
Table Tennis, Carom, Basketball, and Chess. Swimming, Gym, and Badminton will be at an additional
subsidized cost.

WORKING MEN – HOSTEL APPLICATION FORMAT

any. Attach a copy of your Home Town Address Proof.
Attach a copy of your Office letter, Salary slip, and Internship Letter.
Attach a letter of Undertaking responsibility of Medical, Financial and overall conduct) from 2
local residents along with their address proof and telephone numbers.
Attach 4 photographs (passport size)

The charges will be as follows: -

MEMBERSHIP: Rs.1050*/- valid for a year.

Regular Guest Accommodation: Rate Rs.250/ -per day (only 4seters).

Single Room Rs.500/- per day x 31 days = Rs. 15500 + 12% GST (minimum 6 months
