NARRATIVE REPORT
To ensure the upgrading of the quality of learning specifically in Mathematics for S.Y.
2015-2016, remedial sessions were held in the school at 3:00-4:00 pm or during the vacant time
of the students.
The remedial session aims to:
a. provide the students the opportunity to explore Mathematics
b. review the topics covered which are challenging to enable them to do well in
Mathematics
c. build a sense of brotherhood among peers

Through the efforts of the Mathematics Department spearheaded by the Mathematics

Coordinator, together with the Mathematics teachers and Math Club Officers, remedial sessions
for students who find difficulty in Mathematics were conducted. The remedial session is entitled
“Big Brother and/or Big Sister,” as a co-student who is good in Mathematics facilitates and
assists the struggling students to review, relearn or reteach a particular topic in Math.

Attached herewith are the list of students who extended their help to struggling students
in Mathematics and the list of students who actively and willingly participated in the remedial
session/s.
