of Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology [BPIT], IPU, in the authentic

BPIT.
Synopsis:

The project aims to conduct an in-depth comparative analysis of two major players in the
Indian telecommunications industry, namely Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel. The study will
focus on various aspects such as network infrastructure, services offered, market share,
financial performance, customer satisfaction, and technological innovations to provide a
comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

Objectives:

1. Evaluate Network Infrastructure:


 Assess the coverage, speed, and reliability of the networks deployed by Jio
and Airtel.
 Analyze the deployment of advanced technologies, such as 4G and 5G, and
their impact on network performance.
2. Services Offered:
 Compare the range of services offered by both telecom operators, including
voice, data, and value-added services.
 Examine pricing strategies, tariff plans, and promotional offers to understand
the competitive positioning of each company.
3. Market Share and Subscribers:
 Investigate the market share of Jio and Airtel in terms of subscribers and
revenue.
 Analyze subscriber growth trends and identify factors contributing to the
expansion or contraction of their customer bases.
4. Financial Performance:
 Evaluate the financial health of both companies by analyzing key financial
indicators such as revenue, profit margins, and capital expenditures.
