Assignment No. 03 Semester FALL 2023

Submission of Internship Report (2nd Chance)

Please read the following instructions carefully before working on the Internship
Report:
 The report should be according to the required format uploaded in the
DOWNLOADS section of course VULMS. If you have performed internship in
the organization then you will develop an internship report as per its format
available in the DONWLOADS section of the course instead of organizational
analysis report.
 You are required to work on the report strictly in the light of the instructions
and guidelines provided on the course VULMS through announcements.
 Include Letter of Undertaking in your Report.
 Submit your report in MS Word format only.
 The internship report must be submitted by uploading it against Assignment#03
on the course VULMS within the due date. Submission through E-mail will NOT
be entertained.
 Be very careful while uploading your report as you shall not be able to replace it
once uploaded. Corrupt files shall NOT be considered.
 Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of plagiarism (if found at any
instance) shall be strictly dealt with as per “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” of
the University. (Read the Plagiarism Sensitization Document available in the
DOWNLOADS section of the course VULMS).
