smooth volunteer management during the event.

(4) Logistics Committee:

 Handles logistics such as venue arrangement, transportation, equipment, and materials.

 Ensures all necessary resources are available and properly utilized during the event.

(5) Communications and Publicity Committee:

 Manages event promotion, media relations, and communication with stakeholders.

 Creates marketing materials, handles social media accounts, and coordinates press
releases to raise awareness about the event.

(6) Finance Committee:

 Manages budgeting, fundraising, and financial transactions related to the event.

 Ensures proper allocation of funds, tracks expenses, and prepares financial reports.

(7) Entertainment Committee:

 Ensures the safety and security of all participants, volunteers, and staff.
