08:12 PM: Ronnie: I'm looking on my mobile check deposit transaction and it says
that the images of the of the check are not loading do you guys have the images of
the check or is that just a system I just want to make sure that it's not going to mess
up the deposit and that the deposit is going to go through

good, that is just a system error but we do have the image of the deposit for you
08:15 PM: Ronnie: okay is that still going to go through on the 21st is there anything I
can do to help it Go in earlier
08:17 PM: Jaime: I do see those funds will be available for you on 03/21, I will be
happy to see if we can release that hold for you now. it will take just a moment to
request a review to determine if an exception can be granted to release the hold on
your deposit. If an exception is allowed, the funds will be made available immediately.
If not allowed, the funds will remain on hold until the expiration date.

we will have to wait for that check to clear but those funds will be available for you

long will it take cuz I thought it was supposed to be like once you receive it it goes on
the next day or on the same day
08:21 PM: Jaime: Anytime you deposit a check there may be a hold just until that
check clears and we receive the funds from the issuing bank for you which typically
takes up to 7 business days but the APP will always let you know before you submit
the deposit if there will be a hold or not
