What do you think is the purpose of research?
Have you ever seen a title page? What are the things included there?
What do we mean when we say abstract?
How about an introduction? What are your thoughts about it?
What is the purpose of review of related literature
What is the importance of using methods in research?
What will you do in order to present accurate results?
What are the things we need to consider in doing discussion in the
context of research?
Is it important to use references in studies?
How tables and figures help the readers to understand what they are
reading?
Is there a need to provide additional information in research?
After each question, the teacher will present the definition with regards to the
parts of a basic research. When the discussion has finished the teacher will ask at
least 5 students to give their understanding about the topic. After that, the teacher
will provide additional input about the basic parts of a research.
4. Enrichment
To evaluate the students' understanding of the topic discussed, the teacher
will conduct an activity called "Speak Your Mind." The students will use their
respective groupings a while ago for this activity. Each group will be given 2 parts of
a basic research and they need to give their understanding about the given terms.
The students will be given 3 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to share their
collected answers in front of the class.
5. Generalization
To evaluate student comprehension, the teacher will assign a follow-up
activity using previous groupings. Each group must share the importance of the
given terms assigned to them in the context of research. They will write it on clean
one whole sheet of paper. They will be given 3 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to

After the students have responded, the teacher will provide additional
