left side paralysis

my mother is 70 yrs old she is suffering from paralysis left side from december 2010.at present
she can walk with the help of stick.her left hand up to elbow is working but wrist & fingers are
unable to move.she is taking asprin-150mg &clopidogrel 75 mg at present.before this problem
she never tooks bp medicines at present she is not taking any bp medicines.her bp level
is125/80. pl suggest me if any body help me.she
