Immersion, and one of its competencies is the immersion proper. In the immersion proper, its objective is to appreciate the

Sacred Heart Academy is in the second semester of this school year. One of the subjects in the Grade 12 is the
Work Immersion, and one of its competencies is the immersion proper. In the immersion proper, its objective is
to appreciate the management processes by observing, identifying and describing of the nature of business,
description of the products/services, target clientele, organization structure, and company rules and regulations.

This program is ensuring that all graduates are for employment, entrepreneurship and higher learning. Department
of Education believes that for the effective delivery of SHS instruction, there is a need for school industry
partnerships that will provide the school necessary expertise and venue for practical, on-the-job, enterprise-based
