Coffee

Coffee plays an important part in our lives. However, you may not know just

how much coffee affects your body. Some of the effects are good, and some are not.

In general, there are three positive effects of coffee. Coffee can help you stay

awake at night while you are driving or when you need to work. In addition, coffee

makes some people feel more alive so that they can work better. Finally, after a large

meal, coffee can help your digestion.

However, coffee can have some negative effects. First, it can keep you awake

at night when you want to sleep. Second, it can make some people feel too nervous

when they drink coffee. Third, too much coffee can cause a stomachache.

A little coffee each day is probably not going to cause problems. If you are

having any of the problems connected with coffee, you may want to consider

reducing the amount you drink. Or maybe you should stop drinking it entirely
