 Booking Process:
1. Provide ID copy of all participants and P6,000/person to reserve your slot. If departure date
is less than 30 days from the time of registration, the full tour cost must be paid.
2. Full Payment must be paid 30 days before departure date otherwise the reservation will be
forfeited.
3. During Reservation, please carefully read the inclusions and exclusions of this package as
well as the terms and conditions and to make sure that you agree on all of the items before
you proceed.
4. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason or under any circumstances after
reservation, the following rules will apply to compensate for expenses:

• 45 days prior to departure date – 20% of total tour price

• 21-44 days prior to departure date – 50% of total tour price
• 20 days or less prior to departure date – NO REFUND

Important Note: Surcharge / Fare difference may apply if price increases prior to full payment.

FOR AVAILABILITY CHECK AND BOOKINGS:

Package can be reserved for 1 day only. It is advisable to book one (1) month prior to travel date. Once
reserved, you may settle your payment to our designated Bank Account or you may choose from the
following Mode of Payments provided below.

After payment has been made, immediately forward the proof of payment (picture of deposit slip if
over the counter transaction or screenshot if online banking) to the same email thread of booking.

Once payment is received and verified, we will finalize and process all the booking. Your booking
confirmation or tour voucher will be sent within two (2) working days.
