1 The calibration
1.1 Offset calibration
1、Double-click stDetectorTool to start the software, the path of stDetectorTool: C:\stdroc\SONTU.
2、Double-click stDetectorTool to start the software and select the synchronization mode
[AED mode or fixed integral mode], as shown in Figure 1-1-1 below;

3、Click "AED offset update" to conduct calibration, as shown in Figure 1-1-2.

4、After the calibration is completed, the network will be disconnected. Click [exit] and reconnect the
network after about 1 minute, as shown in Figure 1-1-3.

1、 Turn on the high voltage software and set the appropriate kV and mAs, the path of high voltage
software: C:\stdroc\HFC_PCUserInterfaceV2.0.exe;
2、 Click the exposure enabling of the detector software, and then click [Calibration] to select [Gain
calibration] and enter the gain calibration mode, as shown in Figure 1-2-1;

3、 Click Prepare, lift and press the next level hand break, and press the second level hand break in
time after the countdown window appears, as shown in Figure 1-2-2 and Figure 1-2-3.

4、 Press the exposure handbrake for exposure. If the actual mean value of the image is within the
expected mean value, click "Accept".If the actual mean value of the image is not within the
expected mean value of the image, click [Reject] to readjust the exposure dose for exposure.A
total of 16 images should be calibrated, an exposure dose should be adjusted for each 4 images,
as shown in Figure 1-2-4.

5、 After the gain calibration is completed, click "Complete" to exit the gain calibration mode. "it
allow expose" should be displayed in the red box below.
6、 The following is the reference table for every expected gray value range. When calibration is
carried out at site, the actual exposure dose might be different.
