One of the efficient ways to people can for people to reach news easily is broadcasting since

the dawn of the constant communication era. Broadcasting is generally used by politicians to
declare their politic views and to manipulate citizens, at least for some of them. Nowadays,
some people have begun to discuss about bad news. As per some of them, broadcasting too
much bad news increases violence and negative behaviours in our society. It can partly be
accepted that broadcasting inappropriate news extremely increase violence and negative
behaviours in our society; nevertheless, the majority, including me, goes against this idea for
some logical reasons.

A couple of plausible causes can be put forward to oppose the idea that broadcasting bad news
creates chaos in society. To begin with, broadcasting is a sort of indication of reality.
Civilizations learn plenty of information as to their country by broadcasting, and so it should
publish both negative and positive news to society. Otherwise, its mission varies
changes/deviates. Furthermore, broadcasting reminds people of the consequences of negative
behaviors. By way of illustration, when people see a man who fights and kills his opponents in
news, they understand that fighting bring forth sundry devastating consequences.

On the other side of the coin, proponents of only positive broadcasting may try to support their
argument by mentioning that it inspires more crimes. Put it differently, they can say that it makes
criminals smarter than ever. Nonetheless, their idea is totally unacceptable owing to the fact that
the cause of crimes is not watching bad news. If the laws are toughened, people do not opt for
resorting crimes. In contrast, they witness to the detrimental outcomes of commiting crimes
thanks to the broadcasts.

If the laws have been toughened, people would not opt for resorting crimes.

In light of the facts discussed above, there are two different arguments about broadcasting, and
it can be easily understood that the opponents’ idea is actually the correct one. It should not be
forgotten that humankinds human beings might use the broadcasting for both taking benefits
and giving damages as in almost everything. Thus, the ends are related to the users who utilize
means for either benefit or harm.
