left untreated for very long time and has not received
any medical treatment since then.

facility where the family can ask for treatment for
diabetes and there is a tertiary government hospital
which could provide eye treatment and consultation for
free. However, with the families, priorities and lack of
manpower, it cannot be done easily.
2/3 x 1 0.67 This is moderately if Mrs. W and his son Mr. Y is able to
send her to a hospital to get treated and consulted to a
physician or expert regarding her condition (DM) and if
the family will apply all the health teaching about her
condition.
