PROJECT GUIDELINES (REPORT)-10 Marks

The project Report should be of the length of 15-20 pages. Excluding tittle page and references
and any annexure.
Times New Roman, single line spacing. 12 font size has to be used (to write the report)

The Report format will consist of the following:

1. Introduction- 1.5 to 2 will consist Pages- of an initial introduction to the topic, will give
an initial review of the topic/ Area of study, explaining the same.

2. Objective of the Report – In a half page, containing 3. Only 2-3 objectives of the study.

3. Literature Review - A 1-2 Page literature review of previous work of other authors on
the same of work of other authors on the similar topic. (In case of research paper this
would be more elaborate).

4. Methodology of study – 1 2 Pages long, explaining the process and methodology of


conducting the desk (secondary) research/in primary research.

5. Body of Analysis - 7-8 Pages long, wherein all the selected content on the topic would
be analysed in great detail, containing some charts, bar graphs, pie charts, etc. This
section has to be made really analytical and creative.

6. Findings - What are the findings after the analysis part 1 2 pages long

7. Conclusion - A 1-2 Page long overall conclusion of the entire report.

8. Limitations – A half page long / 1 lage maximum White- up explaining any barriers /
limitations you & your ground faced while writing the report

9. Future scope of the topic /Study – A 1-Page write-up explaining what other futuristic
things / occurrences may be expected pertaining to the topic.

10. References - A list of all sources – online & offline. Sources used for writing the report.

11. Annexure - A list of all types of charts may be Put here (sources of all such content need
to be stated).

(Both References & Annexure section would not be counted towards the total no. Of Report
pages).
Please Note:-
1. A list of all the sources which was searched by the Admin group in writing the report has
to be put in the References, and out of all the sources, the sources which have been
selected for finally writing the report, have to be highlighted in GREEN.
2. Max. Plagiarism permitted is 15%.
