Dear Respondents,
We are STEM students from BNSHI and we are now conducting the research study
entitled “DEVELOPMENT AND SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS OF CARROT
(Daucus carota) BREAD”. One of the instruments to be used is the “Sensory Acceptability
Questionnaire” by Singh and Maharaj (2014) in order to gather data on the sensory
characteristics of the developed Carrot (Daucus carota) Bread. With this we would like to ask
your consent to respond on this survey questionnaire.
Your support in this research would be of great help in realizing the results of our
