GUARDIAN G1E-PRO
The Automatic Wash Down Systems use our Guardian innovative low
voltage brushless cannons to clean under conveyors, large hard surface
areas, wash pads and mobile applications with precision. Our system
is designed to reduce exposure to operators in high risk areas and save
time and money on equipment costs and man-hours to operate a more
efficient operation.
GUARDIAN G1M & G1M-PRO
The G1M mechanical wash down single axis cannon has been engineered
to reduce rotational torque forces seen in other types of mechanical
cannons when they are obstructed. By keeping the cannon nozzle compact
and circular, the nozzle can rotate within its own space making obstruction
nearly impossible.

TRACK STRAIGHT MECHANICAL (MTU)
The patented tool allows operators to make incremental adjustments to an online
conveyor, removing the unsafe and non-engineered behaviour associated with
live conveyor tracking. Creating a safe and productive solution, the intent of the
design is to allow production to continue safely until a scheduled maintenance
window is available to overcome any mechanical repairs to allow free tracking
of conveyors to resume.
TRACK STRAIGHT AUTOMATIC (ATU)
Innovative Mining Services supplies the Track Straight Automatic Conveyor
Tracking System. Detecting belt drift on conveyors via electrical switches
and automatically making adjustments to correct the tracking via low voltage
electric actuators. This is advantageous where tracking issues are caused by
different or inconstant feed, belt drift can be detected after a feed zone and
tracking adjustments are made before the feed zone. Integration feedback to
mine control systems is optional for full visibility and continuous production for
your requirements.

The Guardian G1M mechanical wash down single axis cannon has been
engineered to reduce rotational torque forces seen in other types of
mechanical cannons when they are obstructed, by keeping the cannon

TRACK STRAIGHT MECHANICAL

(MTU)
This innovative tool allows operators to make incremental adjustments
to a frame online, reducing the amount of live works. Components which
contribute to the problems with belt drift include: rope, risk, isolation and
maintenance. Together they contribute to safety risks as well as the high
cost of down time. Manipulating tracking frames online puts lives at risk,
and the downtime associated with conveyor tracking problems is often
underestimated. Tying up tracking frames should be done during isolation,
but the resulting downtime can be a costly process. Furthermore, it is
currently common practice for many sites to tie up frames as a temporary
fix to belt drift.

Unfortunately, these are generally forgotten about, causing a repeat of belt

drift in the future. The elimination of live works and increasing productivity
are the key goals of the Track Straight product. Our patented solutions
provide safe online tracking of a conveyor belt through the manipulation of
tracking frames through trough and return. Our mechanical units remove
the need for isolation, whilst our automatic systems can correct conveyor
tracking without the conveyor having to shut down. The result is improved
safety and increased productivity.
