INTRODUCTION

What you do in the morning will dictate the energy tone for your
entire day. So make it matter!

Incorporating these spiritual practices into your morning routine


can not only ground you but also infuse your day with calmness
and confidence.

These 20 simple, time-efficient routines are designed to fit any


schedule, offering flexibility and ease.

Whether you have five minutes or fifteen, this guide has practices
that resonate with your spirit and set a positive tone for the day
ahead.

You can pick which practices to use daily and switch them up
regularly to have more diversity in your day.

MORNING ROUTINES

1. MINDFUL BREATHING
Instructions: Sit or lie comfortably. Close your
eyes, inhale deeply for four counts, hold for
four counts, and exhale for four counts.

2. GRATITUDE JOURNALING 3. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS


Instructions: Write three Instructions: Repeat three
things you’re grateful for positive affirmations about
every morning. yourself in the mirror.

4. NATURE CONNECTION
Instructions: Spend a few minutes outdoors,
connecting with nature. This can be standing barefoot
on grass, hugging a tree, smelling a flower, or looking at
the birds flying overhead. Just connect with an element
of nature and tune in.

Tools: None Time: 5 minutes


5. CRYSTAL ENERGY FOCUS
Instructions: Hold a crystal, focus on its energy,
and set an intention for the day. You can do this
with your eyes open or closed. Make sure to end
by looking at the crystal and appreciating its
beauty.

-Tools: Crystal of your choice Time: 2-3 minutes

6. MINDFUL SHOWER
Instructions: Use your shower time to visualize
washing away negative energy. You can imagine dark
dirt coming off your body and being washed down
the drain. Repeat the mantra: I wash negative energy
from my body in all directions of time.

Tools: None Time: 1-2 minutes

7. AURA VISUALIZATION
Instructions: Close your eyes and visualize a
colorful golden light in the shape of an egg
surrounding your whole body. As your aura shines
golden, command it to remain strong the whole day.

Tools: Crystal of your choice Time: 2-3 minutes


8. MORNING JOURNALING
Instructions: Spend five minutes writing your
thoughts, dreams, or intentions for the day or for
this specific period of your life.

Tools: Journal, pen Time: 5 minutes

9. MORNING MEDITATION
Instructions: Sit on a pillow in a meditation position
on the floor. Click on this guided meditation track
and let your energy be nourished.

Tools: Headphones, cell phone, Youtube


Time: 20 minutes

10. HIP CIRCLES 3. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS


Instructions: Stand with your feet Instructions: Sit quietly and read
wide apart and your hands on a page from an inspirational book or
your hips. Move your hips in big
circles, 10 times to the right and quote. This one by Tosha Silver is
10 times to the left. -perfect!

Tools: None. Tools: Book or quote collection


Time: 2 minutes Time: 5 minutes
12. EXPRESSIVE DANCING
Instructions: Dance freely to a song that uplifts
your spirit! Try this track!

Tools: Cell phone, speaker, music


Time: 3 minutes

13. MORNING MANTRA RECITATION

Instructions: Recite a personal or traditional


mantra. --This one with Tina Turner is
incredibly powerful!

Tools: Cell phone, headphones


Time: Full track is 2 hours long, but do as long
--as you want

14. GAZING AT THE SKY


Instructions: Spend a few minutes gazing at the
morning sky, especially focusing on the rising sun.
Let the sunlight come into your eyes for a few
seconds at a time.

Tools: None Time: 5 minutes


15. MINDFUL COFFEE / TEA
Instructions: Sip your morning coffee or tea
slowly and mindfully, focusing on the taste and
smells. Take your time appreciating your warm
beverage with intention.

Tools: Coffee mug, coffee or tea


Time: 5 minutes

16. WATER WITH INTENTION


Instructions: Drink a glass of water while setting
an intention for the day.

Tools: Glass of water Time: 30 seconds

17. SILENT REFLECTION


Instructions: Sit in silence, reflecting on your inner
peace and strength.

Tools: None Time: 5 minutes


18. FEMININE/MASCULINE BLESSING
Instructions: Stand at a window, facing the
sunrise, if possible. Stretch your arms above your
head and reach for the sky. Then use your hands to
send the energy from above down your body in a
hand-sweeping motion as you repeat this mantra:
“Father Universe, shower me with your powerful
masculine energy.”

Then bring your hands to the ground and scoop the energy from the earth
up your body while repeating the mantra: “Mother Universe, ground me in
your loving Feminine energy”. Repeat 3 times.

Tools: None Time: 3-4 minutes

19. BODY VIBRATION


Instructions: Stand with your feet shoulder-width
apart and your knees slightly bent. Gently shake
your whole body by moving your knees up and
down so you feel the vibration through your whole
body.

Tools: None Time: 1-2 minutes

20. AH CHANT AAAAAAA H


AAA HH !
HH HHHHH
Instructions: Sit on a pillow in a meditation
position on the floor. Take a deep breath in, and
when you exhale, open your mouth and chant the
sound AAAHHHH. Repeat 10 times.

Tools: None Time: 1-2 minutes
