 Sourcing and ordering the fabric and trims that are required for the style and make them
in-house before the cut-date.
 Preparing the trims card.
 Getting print and embroidery strike off approval from buyer.
 Issuing the size brake-up chart and po details sheet CAD for making the Cut-plan.
 production planning for the orders
 Preparing daily production status and reporting to the merchandiser.
 Ensuring that all the Fit, PP, TOP Comments are rectified in the bulk.

 Looking after production and calling the inspection.
 Ensuring the timely shipment, communicating with the forwarders for the movement of
cargo.
