Position: Electrical Engineer - Site Base


Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO
roster.

Purpose of the Role:


Responsible for managing operational project activities by designing, controlling, maintaining, and
supervising electrical systems, including building installations, facilities, infrastructure, and
equipment in accordance with established safety standards. The Electrical Engineer expert needs to
act as Subject Matters Expertise (SME) of electrical systems at the Hu’u Project Site. Strong in
electrical codes and standards knowledge, also experience in managing electrical systems in Mining
Industries.

Accountabilities:
• Actively involving and providing the necessary support to the implementation of a safety
management system at the project site especially those associated with electrical safety.
• Ensuring the installations, system, and application of electrical fulfill the company standards
and/or applicable standards/regulations.
• Performing quality & performance evaluation analysis/review for the new electrical
installations & electrical systems at the Hu’u Project Site.
• Managing the report & administration associated with the electrical inspection, maintenance,
testing, commissioning, and other important electrical works.
• Providing necessary advice associated with the strategic development of electrical systems at
the Hu’u Project Site.
• Supervising & managing the electrical contractors in providing work services as per contract
scope of work.
• Being responsible & committed to the safety implementation for all personnel under his/her
responsibility.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling electrical engineering and related activity.
• Good knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Good skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Able to work independently/with less supervision.
• Hard skills required Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP); K3 Teknisi Listrik; SMKP
Implementation; and Electrical System Auditor/Assessor.
• Ability in English well both spoken and written.

Position: Project Control Analyst


Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate
will work in Head Office, Jakarta.

Purpose of the Role:


Under the supervision of Kepala Teknik Panas Bumi. Responsible for preparing, control, and
overseeing the project budget. Also, will support cost forecasting, scheduling, and collaboration with
other project teams in Hu’u Daha geothermal development. Strong in writing and persuasive in a
range of styles and formats.

Accountabilities:
• Prepare, review, analyze, and oversee complex geothermal project schedules, budget, and
cost.
• Provide opinions, suggestions, advice, and reports including predicted project progress and
upcoming work.
• Develop and implement appropriate tools, templates, and systems of project control.
• Review, monitor, and advise internal team and contractor progress, obstacles, and forecast.
• Hold and organize routine and non-routine meetings, coordinate and communicate
effectively with the team and contractors.
• Review and analyze project issues and documentation and analyze contracts and
subcontracts to determine the parties' responsibilities in the event of a dispute.
• Create and maintain project records, logs, change orders, RFIs, and documentation.
• Obtain detailed project data to develop and maintain project estimates in accordance with
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) account assignments.
• Liaise and cooperate with project control & business analysts for mineral projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Technical, Accounting, Project


Management, and Management.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience handling control, forecasting and scheduling project budget.
• Good analytical skills and abilities to process the data into decision making process.
• Good writing and software skills in project management.

Position: Experienced Hydrogeologist- Site Base


Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO
roster.

Purpose of the Role:


Study and investigate surface water and groundwater-related aspects of hydrogeological tests work
program, and water management system for support exploration drilling activity. Understand the
relationship between lithological control, structural control, and alteration control, with
hydrogeological properties of the deposit block model. Strong in hydrological, hydrogeological,
geological, and mining background with deep concepts about hydro-fracturing/fracture medium in
porphyry and epithermal systems, and the alteration/mineralization processes and controls.

Accountabilities:
• Responsible for planning water management system to support and supply water sources for
exploration drilling/Geothermal works (i.e., pipeline installation assessment, water storage,
water pump and water discharge, etc.)
• Assist in developing and implementing hydrogeological test and monitoring programs,
including water (surface and groundwater) quantity, organize data storage and accessibility in
a useful manner, and with QA review, carry out a thorough review and QA check of existing data.
• Installations of hydrological and hydrogeological monitoring tools (data loggers, Vibrating Wire
Piezometer/VWP, weather station, water infrastructure, etc.), including carrying out or
supervising the groundwater monitoring from existing equipment (i.e. VWP, Standpipes, water
level logger).
• Conducting all hydrogeology test programs; aquifer testing and wireline logging.
• Conducting comprehensive studies of the impact of water usage on the environmental system,
including hydrological and hydrogeological mapping, piezometer installation, and aquifer tests,
and supervising all surface water monitoring and measurement installations.
• Providing technical expertise to identify, manage, and report all water-related risks and develop
risk mitigation strategies, including developing regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and
annually) and interpreting the hydrogeological data, including pumping and dewatering
program and presentations.
• Organize database groundwater monitoring, planning schedule for measurement and
maintenance of groundwater monitoring equipment and accessibility in a useful manner.
• Provides technical leadership to other STM hydrogeologists and contractors related to the
hydrogeology characteristic and assists in training and mentoring other hydrogeologists to
achieve best technical practice.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining and Civil Engineering.
• 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in a mine or feasibility study project of mineralization
systems of Indonesia as a Hydrogeologist.
• Have or familiar with planning and execution of geophysical logging activity.
• Have experience as Project Hydrogeologist for develop and site investigation mine
infrastructure and mine dewatering program.
• Good understanding of aquifer tests for hydrogeological properties, rainfall analysis, estimate
water balance, dewatering program, and reporting including skills in QA/QC validation process.
• Ability to demonstrate Open and Transparent Dialog.
• Ability in English well both spoken and written.
• Having certification in Pengawasan Operasional Pratama (POP), and good performance in Hydro
& Mining Software (Leapfrog, Deswik / Vulcan, Cad, GIS).
• Good skills in leadership and ownership.

Position: Surveyor - Site Base


Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO
roster.

Purpose of the Role:


Responsible for performing precise field survey measurements and mapping, particularly associated
with operational project works. Also, assists in providing high-accuracy data for topography
measurement and contributes to the success of various constructions. Strong experience with survey
equipment (Geodetic GPS, Total Station, etc.), including proficiency in GPS and GIS systems
committed to Safety.

Accountabilities:
• Conducting surveys to determine exact positions, measurements of points, elevations, lines,
areas, volumes, contours, or other features of land surfaces.
• Organizing surveying activities and providing technical consultation to relevant departments as
needed.
• Conducting the precise calculations associated with topography survey measurement including
but not limited to land calculation boundaries in various locations, accurate mapping, land cut
and fill during earthwork activities, and other required measurements as project needs.
• Computing horizontal and vertical coordinates of control networks, using direct leveling or
other geodetic survey techniques such as triangulation, trilateration, and traversing to establish
features of the earth's surface.
• Determining the orientation of tracts of land, including position, boundaries, size, and shape,
using theodolites, electronic distance-measuring equipment, satellite-based positioning
equipment, land information systems, or other geodetic survey equipment. Survey land or
bodies of water to measure or determine features.
• Providing support regarding topography measurement surveys as part of slope stability
monitoring programs.
• Actively involving and providing the necessary support to the implementation of a safety
management system at the project site especially those associated with topography survey
measurement.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geodetic or Geomatic.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling surveyor activity
• Good problem-solving, communication skills, and teamwork.
• Hard skills required certified as Drone Pilot; Juru Ukur Tambang; and Pengawas Operasional
Pratama.
• Able to work independently/with less supervision.
• Ability in English well both spoken and written.

Position: Database Analyst - Site Base
Work Location: Hu’u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara
The position is a twelve-month contract under an outsourcing company and works on a 4/2 FIFO
roster.

Purpose of the Role:


Proactively ensure all production data is managed and stored in the acQuire database. The database
is also responsible for providing solutions and analytical outcomes, including ensuring the
performance and expectations of all stakeholders primarily is met or exceeded. Assist in verifying
data quality meets the mining industrial standard. Strong in Geographical Information System,
Database Acquire System, Imago, and Survey 123 basic knowledge.

Accountabilities:
• Responsible for database management and administration for acQuire database and SQL
server. Provides database solutions and outcomes into useful information either offline or
online platforms.
• Ensure good communication and coordination with stakeholders i.e. core shed, rig-site team,
other departments, and services provider within the technical team.
• Ensure the continuity of incoming and outgoing data processes in accordance with established
procedures including spatial data (GIS).
• Administering and supporting daily site data acquisition and load into acQuire database,
maintaining database up to date, including ensuring acQuire objects developed such as data
entry, importer, report, scripts, validation, and QAQC meet the acQuire’s standard
requirement.
• Assist in developing a dashboard on acQuire Arena for service provider invoicing check and
validation including maintaining and developing existing setup platform for database access to
end users: acQuire Arena, Power BI, Survey123, and Imago.
• Assist technical team on database outcomes for developing general reports (weekly, monthly,
and RKAB) and presentation material.
• Coordination with the IT team to ensure database integrity and security, execution of regular
backup, and server synchronization.
• Actively support mineral drilling, Exploration, Hydrogeology, Geotechnical, QAQC, and
Engineering teams for day-to-day operational.
• Understand and adhere to company Health and Safety procedures and policies.

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science (Geology is
preferable).
• 18 – 24 months of progressive experience with big data or proficient in SQL language.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and integrated team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• The ability to prioritize work and meet project timelines.
• Trustworthy and a strong commitment to keeping the confidentiality of the database.
• Fast learner and adoption of new applications and technology.
• Ability in English well both spoken and written.
• Having certification in Microsoft SQL Server or Data Analytcs is preferred.
• Good skills in organizing, administration, and time management.
