Clean-up Drive Reflection Essay

We, the grade 12 students of Dilong National High School conducted a lean up drive last

April 12, 2023 at Sitio Napatnay and Lorens Hill. Garbage are everywhere, along the road, on the

cliffs and many more. After conducting the activity, I realize that all of us should have a

community engagement for the sake of our community. Because it is very important for us to

make our community lean and peaceful.

This activity went well because all members in the group did their parts very well without

complains. However, even though we successfully finish the activity, we can still improve it by

gathering all the people most specially the children for them to realize that throwing garbage

everywhere is not beneficial for us and to the environment.

In a community, there should be a community engagement. To be able to have this, we

should have trust to each other for us to implement our actions very well. We should also have a

good relationship. In this activity, I learned that, to make the community lean and peaceful, we

should have or the community should have a community engagement.
