The matters above­mentioned were listed before the Ld.
Registrar’s Court on 11.2.2022, when the Court was pleased to
pass the following order:

"SLP(C) No. 15739/2019


Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the
respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 to file the counter
affidavit.
Service of notice is complete on the respondent
No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on his
behalf.
Respondent No.6 has already filed the counter
affidavit.
At this stage, Mr. Atul Babasaheb Dakh, Ld.
Counsel for appellant submits that Petitioner Nos. 7,
10 and 11 have expired and he will within a period of
four weeks file an appropriate application in this
regard. His prayer is acceded to.

F.D.R. may be renewed for a further period of one
year.
Mr. Atul Babasaheb Dakh, Ld. Counsel submits that
Respondent Nos. 8,11 and 12 have expired. Ld. Counsel
for the petitioners is directed to file appropriate
application in this regard within a period of four
weeks.
Delay in filing spare copies is condoned in
respect of Respondent Nos. 7, 14 and 18. Notice be
issued.
List again on 16.3.2022."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order,


Advocates for Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 respectively have
not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report, notice


has been delivered to respondent no. 3 but no one has entered
appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 8 has been


transposed as Petitioner No. 12 vide Hon’ble Chamber Judge order
dated 8.7.2020.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has


not taken steps for deceased Petitioner Nos. 7, 10 and 11 so
far.

Service of notice is complete.


SLP(C) Nos. 7313­7314 OF 2020

It is submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 11 th


February, 2022, an amount of Rs. 24,92,079/­ inclusive of
interest has been invested in the Fixed Deposit with Canara Bank
for a period of one year bearing date of maturity on 02.03.2023.
It is further submitted that in view of Order dated 11 th
February, 2022, Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any
steps in respect of deceased Respondent Nos. 8, 11 and 12, so
far and four weeks' time granted by the Ld. Registrar has been
elapsed.
It is further submitted that notice was issued to
Respondent Nos. 7, 14 and 18 through registered AD Post on 17th
February, 2022.
It is further submitted that as per postal tracking report,
notice has been returned back to this registry with postal
remarks “Addressee left without instructions” in respect of
Respondent No. 14. Service of notice is still awaited in respect
of Respondent No. 7 as per postal remarks “Item Dispatched”.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report, notice
has been delivered to Respondent No. 18. AD card duly signed has
also received in respect of Respondent No. 18 in the matters
above­mentioned, but no one has chosen to enter appearance on
their behalf, so far.
Service of notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent
Nos. 7 and 14 in the matters above­mentioned.
The matters above­mentioned are listed before the Ld.
Registrar’s Court with this report.
