ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION 2023
Theme: “TOGETHER4TEACHERS”

I. INTRODUCTION
(dito pinapaliwanag kung ano ang kahalagahan ng symposium na

sinasagawa ninyo FILIPINO na lang po ang gamitin na wika)
This unattributed statement aims to convey the idea that teachers are the
inspiration for all other professions: "Teaching is the one profession that creates all other
professions." They inspire kids to lead better lives and thrive as leaders in their
respective fields.
The annual celebration of World Teachers' Day is a substantial effort to increase

public awareness, comprehension, and appreciation of the crucial contribution that
teachers make to global education and development. A lack of teachers compromises
the standard of education in many nations. The difficulty with numbers is exacerbated by
the difficulty with quality: far too frequently, teachers work without the right tools or
training.
Dionisio P. Vito National High School is an institution that promotes the quality
education and instills moral values for its students. This year’s celebration of Teacher’s
Day celebration with the theme of “TOGETHER4TEACHERS”, will be one of the most
remarkable activities for teachers.
This activity is not merely celebration of National Teacher’s under the Presidential
Proclamation No. 242 series of 2011 titled declaring the period of Sept. 5 to October 5 of

every year as National Teachers Month and Republic Act No, 10743 titled An Act
declaring the fifth day of October of Every year as a National Teachers’ Day.
It is expressing our warmest gratitude to the molder and awakener of knowledge,

skills, and lifelong learning lessons not just today but every day, for their innovative
efforts and dedication to all our learners just to make sure that 'learning never stops'.
For this year, theme of the National Teachers Month Celebration/ National
Teachers Day is “TOGETHER4TEACHERS”. It aims to celebrate the excellence and
greatness of Filipino teachers who are the nations partners in building patriotic and child-
friendly nation.
Selected students from each section also gave thank-you speeches for their
adviser and teachers during the virtual program, which was facilitated by the student
officers. Students gave presentations, created virtual games for teachers, and awarded
special awards and certificates of appreciation for teachers. The primary concept is to
emphasize the value of every teacher, particularly during this pandemic period.
This activity is not merely a celebration of National Teacher’s. It is expressing

our warmest gratitude to the molder and awakener of knowledge, skills, and lifelong
learning lessons not just today but every day, for their innovative efforts and
dedication to all our learners just to make sure that 'learning never stops'.
This activity will be divided into 2 parts. First activity is called by SSG Officers as
“Once Upon a Morning in My Teacher’s Life”. On this activity SSG Officers will early
prepare the teachers table to surprise them with small token of appreciation from the
students. It will be done once a week until the day of the Teacher’s Program from Sept. 5
to October 5. 2022. The second activity will be the teacher’s day program wherein SSG

Officers will conduct a simple yet meaningful program for teachers to show their
appreciation and gratefulness.
II. OBJECTIVES

 To honor all teachers and staff of Dionisio P. Vito National

High School
 To recognize all teachers and staff of Dionisio P. Vito National High School’s
contribution and their incredible responsibility that they bear in ensuring all
students will receive the best quality education.
 To acknowledge and give emphasis on the crucial role, loyal service, dedicated
and commitment of teachers of Dionisio P. Vito National High School in
developing globally minded citizens, nurturing families, strengthening
communities, and building the nation.
 Revitalize the image of and respect for teaching as a vocation by increasing

public awareness on the value of teachers in the Philippine Society
 Generate widespread support and assistance for teachers of Dionisio P. Vito

National High School
 Express gratitude for the positive influences of teachers of Dionisio P. Vito

National High School on students
III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

A. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION
Supreme Student Learners Government conducted meetings to plan their

activities and program for the teachers. (see attached file)
On September 4 afternoon they are busy preparing all the needed balloons
and chocolates as token of appreciation for the teachers and kick off activity as the
National Teachers Month Celebration officially begins on September 5 this school
year 2023-2024.
B. IMPLEMENTATION
ONCE UPON A MORNING SERYE

(Chocolates and Balloons Giving) – September 5, 2023
September 5, 2023, SSLG officers together with the Barkada kontra Droga
officers went early to school to prepare the necessary things to greet teachers.
They prepare Baloons and chocolates for teachers and staff. This is to remind
teachers how sweet are the teachers for imparting knowledge and consider their
students as their extended family members.
(Cup and Coffee Giving) – September 11, 2023

They prepare Mugs and coffees for teachers and staff. This is to remind teachers
that their punctuality in waking up early to accomplish their duties as teachers are

well appreciated. Their energy and enthusiasm showing everyday is very much
appreciated and important to everyone.
(Chalk, ballpen and flowers Giving) – September 18, 2023

They prepared chalk, ballpen and flowers for teachers and staff. This small token
of appreciation will help the teachers to do their daily tasks like the chalk and
ballpen. While the flowers symbolizes how beautiful their soul in sacrificing their
effort and energy being the role model for everyone.
(Handkerchief and purse Giving) – September 25, 2023

They prepare handkerchiefs and purses for teachers and staff. These symbolize
that every sweat for the effort of teacher’s students is ready to wipe them off and
give them purse as treasuring every knowledge imparting by them to students.
(World Teachers Day Celebration) – October 5, 2023

SSLG and BKD Adviser, Ma'am Jennifer Bongon and SSLG, BKD, BOD and
PTA officers, helped each other in planning where the teachers day will be held,
they planned to hold it at the CML beach resorts for what they prepared where
they prepared , making the teachers happy on the coming world teachers day, in
their preparation for the coming teachers day, each officer asked for messages
from relatives and friends for the teachers, they also asked for help in 3 Barangays
for in the car of PTA officer students and things to bring to the resort

October 4,2023, the celebration for the teachers be held, this morning the sslg
PTA officers and SSLG Officers together with other youth organization officers
prepare what will be brought and things that need to be used for the program.
There are things that need to be brought where they will be placed in the
mentioned. There are 3 vehicles used in the day of the event. This is due to
generosity of the three barangays catered by the school, Cahilan II, under the
chairmanship of Hon. Benito Tolentino, Cahilan I under the chairmanship of Hon.
Reynaldo Magnaye and Dita, under the chairmanship of Hon. Fabian V. Munoz.
The officers prepared and went to the venue at exactly 9 o’clock in the morning.
The SSLG, BKD and BOD officers Together with the PTA officers led by Ma'am
Lea De Castro to help with the preparation at the CML beach resort, courtesy of
the owner Mrs. Chona Latti and Mrs. Mercy Mante. The preparation the officers
did was the decoration of the venue. Food, sound system and the program itself.
Eleven in the morning the teachers arrived at the venue. They ate their lunch first
while Daryll Gumapac and Margarette Luna sang serenade songs for them to
make them feel at ease and calm while having lunch. Clake Evans Mayuga and
his partner Beyonce Cuevas started the program by greeting all the participants.
They thanked the owner of the v followed by Norichelle Devilla's prayer. After this,
one by one, the guest gave a message to the 2 captains of barangay cahilan 1
with a representative and captain of cahilan 2, the owner of the resort, ma'am Lea
tonorio, also gave a message, she said she was happy that the CML BEACH
RESORT became part of the world teachers day celebration. Sir Vall VillaLobos
principal II, Ma'am Lea Decasto and Sir Joel Decastro also gave a message for
the teachers. And they started giving certificates of recognition, while calling the
head of the school, Mrs. Elen Mayuga, gave a message and told the story of her
teaching experience, in the last part of her message she gave Each teacher who
was there was given gifts. He continued to give certificates that contained what
characteristics the children or students see in each teacher, filled with greetings,

laughter, teasing each other. they receive, When the celebration of giving flowers
to the teachers came, the boys danced the teachers and they were full of teasing
When Sir Francis asked ma'am Mayebelle Aquino to dance, the teachers and
officers tease off these.
In the last event on celebrating world teachers day, where gifts and frames
were given with messages from those who love them, the teachers became
emotional with the messages they received from each other because there was a
funny, proud, touching and exciting scene. , After the celebration, the teacher and
students took a picture. Many students would say There is also a student day, for
me every day is a students day because every day my knowledge increases with
the help of the tireless understanding and teaching of the teachers!

IV. CONCLUSION

pagsasagawa ng symposium at maglalagay kayo ng mga solusyon sa mga
problem ana yun)
At the end of the activities undertaken, the following were found to be concerns
which mostly need further attention that will surely be helpful in attaining the safely of the
school occupants.
1. There should be more involvement of external stakeholders so that the
dissemination of its importance will be more effective.
2. everyone must be responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the school

isagawa ng mga mag-aaral ng baitang 10)
This kind of involvement for safety purposes truly needs to be given sufficient
concern. The continuous implementation of this project is highly recommended to
promote school safety.
