We use the myInterview platform for self-paced video interviews.

This is an app you can use

on most devices - your phone, tablet or pc.

All you need to do is follow this link - ezymath.com.au/myint Once you click on it, the process
will be explained in a brief video. Basically, you need to record yourself answering four
questions about your experience and tutoring in general.

You get a few tries to submit your answers. If you are still unhappy with your answers, you
can let us know and we can offer another try.

Troubleshoot

If there’s an issue with the link, please try clicking again. In case that doesn’t work a
couple of times - you might need to change your browser and/or device, e.g. try using
a laptop instead of your phone. Also please try using incognito mode, that usually solves any
issues.

In case of any audio / video issues, please try using Chrome via incognito mode,
restarting the computer and/or clearing your cache. If your connection is weak, or you
have any apps or programs running at the same time as you try to do the interview - that
might be causing problems as well. Please use a stronger internet connection and close all
other apps / programs that might be causing issues.

Once you're done with the interview, you are supposed to receive a confirmation email
(see the example below). That way you know that you've successfully finished the
process. If you didn’t receive the message, please reach out to us via email so we can
check your recording.
