Dear Sir,

We are pleased to send you our offer for the above mentioned project as per the below details.

I Scope of work:

* Supply & installation of Skylights & Canopy with aluminum strip and glazing on top of
Structural steel
flat / domed skylight
Aluminum Add-on profiles ( SCHUCO ) system on top of structural steel beams.

GL-01 43.52mm thick double glazing unit ( GUARDIAN / UNIGLASS ).
(corniche Skylight) 6mm external panel tempered glass, 20mm 100% Air space, 13.52mm laminated
(central Skylight) tempered glass (6 mm + 1.52 mm Clear PVB + 6 mm clear glass with ceramic frit).
(corridor skylight

GL-02 13.52mm thick, laminated tempered glass ( GUARDIAN / UNIGLASS ).

(6 mm + 1.52 mm Colored PVB + 6 mm) with customized U channel around petals to
(corniche Canopy) accommodate the lighting fixture and connected to Spider fittings 4 PCs for each Petal
attached to hollow steel tube suspended from the main structural system.

ACP Aluminum Composite Panel fire retardant ( consists of )

(corniche Skylight) 50 mm thick Rock Wool density 65 Kg/m3 between two layers of Super durable powder
coated Aluminum Panels each of 1.5 mm thick.

II Materials:

 Hardware & Accessories shall be of high quality as per SCHUCO System .

 The Aluminum finish shall be Super Durable Powder Coated RAL Standard color.
 Gasket to be SCHUCO standard vinyl rubber glazing gasket.
 Fasteners shall be as per projects specs.

III Prices and BOQ:

Total prices : 4,877,723.00 Saudi Riyals

(Excl.VAT)
(as per attached BOQ)

IV Payment terms:

As per Mutual Agreament.

V Exclusions:

 All main & secondary steel works

 Lighting & electrical works
 Any Civil works at site
 Lead glass and UV protector

VI Client obligations:

 Power for our tools and equipment, furthermore.

 Gate passes solely for ALFA-TECH usage to be provided, if required.

VII Notes:

 The quotation was based on the client’s provided drawings, B.O.Q. and specifications.
However, any changes modifications, alterations and additions in the quantity shall be
subjected for variation/additional charges.
 Our Prices are Exclusive of VAT
 All quantities are subject to re-measurement at site.

VIII Validity:

This offer is valid for 15 days.

This commercial information shall be considered as integral part of this and any future
agreement.
