1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty Terms

The following are terms applicable to your hardware and software warranty.
Duration of Hardware / software Warranty: One (1) Years
Repair Procedure for Hardware & Software Solutions ID Information & Technologies ltd will make technically
reasonable efforts to remotely repair the fault within (3) business days from the date of the fault report.
In case that the fault cannot be repaired, the customer will take care of sending the system to our company
and we will take care of repairing it within (21) working days from the moment it arrives at our laboratory.
The shipping cost of the system from the destination country to our company and back, will be paid by us. In
case it is required to transfer the system through a third-party country, the shipment to that country will apply
to the customer and from there to our company at our expense. If the fault is due to improper use by the
customer as described in this agreement, the shipping and repair costs will apply to the customer's account.

Restrictions. This limited warranty does not apply if the hardware or software (a) has been modified, except by
SOLUTIONS ID or its authorized representative, (b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in
accordance with the instructions provided by SOLUTIONS ID, (c) has been subjected to improper physical or
electrical pressure, conditions Improper environmental, misuse, negligence, or accident; Or (d) licensed for
beta, evaluation, testing or demonstration purposes.

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability. In no event will SOLUTIONS ID or its agents be liable for the following,
regardless of the theory of liability or whether arising out of the use or inability to use the system or
otherwise, even if a party been advised of the possibility of such damages: (a) indirect, incidental, exemplary,
special, or consequential damages; (b) loss or corruption of data or interrupted or loss of business; or (c) loss
of revenue, profits, goodwill or anticipated sales or savings. All liability of SOLUTIONS ID, its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors collectively, to Customer, whether based in warranty,
contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the license fees paid by Customer to any
Approved Source for the Hardware that gave rise to the claim. This limitation of liability for Hardware is
cumulative and not per incident. Nothing in this limited warranty limits or excludes any liability that cannot be
limited or excluded under applicable law.

Under no circumstances will SOLUTIONS ID or its licensors be liable for the following, regardless of liability
theory and whether as a result of use or inability to use the system, or negligent use or in any other way, even
if given to one party for such damage: (a) Indirect damages , Accidental, exemplary, special or consequential;
(B) loss or corruption of data or disruption or loss of business; Or (c) expected loss of revenue, profits, goodwill
or sales or savings. Any liability of SOLUTIONS ID, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers,
and suppliers collectively, to the customer, whether liability, contract, tort (including negligence), or
otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the system. Paid by the customer. Any source that confirmed its
severity that spawned the lawsuit. This warranty limit for hardware and software is cumulative and not for
every case. Nothing in this limited warranty limits or excludes any warranty that cannot be limited or
exempted under applicable law. The dominant law, jurisdiction and place Will be in Israel, from which
SOLUTIONS ID operates.
