CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to certify that MR. J'NEIL CHRISTIAN A. BERING has been employed as a
Graphics Designer at CrayonLab from November 13, 2023, to April 5, 2024. Mr.
BERING tendered his resignation, effective March 18, 2024, providing a notice
period of 15 days.

Mr. J'neil's annual gross compensation is Three Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand

Four Hundred Pesos (Php362,400.00), and he is entitled to annual vacation
leave credits of Five (5) days and sick leave credits of Five (5) days.
Additionally, he receives an allowance of Php3,500 per month designated as
a gas allowance and rice subsidy.

This certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. J'neil Christian A.
Bering for any purpose it may serve.
