Patient consulted doctor. CAG }s done on 01/02/2023 suggestive of Coronary artery disease - Triple Vessel Disease, moderate LV fsfunction, On 13/02/2023, 2D Echo was done suggestive of LVEF~30%, severe LV systolic fsfunction, RWMA+, moderate PAH. On 14/02/2023, Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting + IABP Surgery was '¢ bY Or. Bhupesh Shah. Post-operative patient shifted to ICU with ventilatory support, drains, RT atheter. Post-operative chest x-ray, ECG & ABG done & reviewed. On same day, patient was 'ubated as per weaning protocol & put on oxygen by face mask. RT was removed afterwards. Patient's potassium levels were checked daily. On next day patient's oxygen support was tapered off & put on NP. On 16/02/2023, patient developed premature ventricular contractions, so Inj. Xylocard Infusion was started, Patient's inotropic support was gradually tapered off & stopped on 18/02/2023. On sameday, all drains were removed.
