This certifies that the above Liquid-In-Glass (LIG) Thermometer was calibrated using
reference standard traceable to SI units through the DOST-ITDI National Metrology Laboratory using
CMP-002 in accordance with OIML R 133 Edition 2002 (E). The above thermometer was examined
by the Metrology Laboratory by performing calibration on the following test points:

REMARKS:
1. The test instrument measured value is the average of three (3) readings.
2. A positive correction is to be added to the test instrument indicated value and a negative correction
subtracted to give true temperature.
4. The above results were those obtained at the time of the test and refer only to the instrument calibrated.
5. The user should determine the suitability of the object for its intended use.
6. This report shall not be reproduced in any form, except in full, without the written approval of the ISAT U
Metrology and Calibration Laboratory.
