documentation to aid your application through
the approval process.

Please note that the following criteria is

required in order to qualify:

1. 75% and more, Black Beneficiaries who

are South African Citizens and would
benefit from the contribution:
Black(Indian, Coloured, Africans)
2. NGO / NPO / NPC Registration document
3. SARS registration / S18A Receipt (if
possible to issue)
4. NGO / NPO Profile

receipt

4. Valid SED (Socio Economic Development)
Certification confirming the value that
accrues black people, if available
