1. CONDUCTING ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF
SECURITY RISK FACTORS
Responsible for conducting Analysis and Assessment of risk
factors and vulnerabilities (Threats, Challenges, Obstacles and
Disruptions) that may occur in the object to be secured,
including analyzing risks in buildings (Building Risk Analysis),
analyzing security activities and human safety in it (People
activity Analysis), and efforts to anticipate and overcome
them.

2. PREPARING A SECURITY QUALITY PLAN

Prepare a Security Quality Plan (REMPAM), in which there are
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Protap, Juklak, Juknis,
etc. that regulate the quality standards of good, effective and
efficient security management.

3. PREPARING AND IMPLEMENTING A SECURITY

CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM
Preparing an effective and targeted security control and
monitoring system, by systematically conducting regular patrol
visits, supervision and guidance.

4. PREPARING TRAINED SECURITY PERSONNEL

security system. An effective system must also be integrated with other security elements,
interrelated and mutually supportive.

1. BUILDING A SECURITY QUALITY PLAN (SQP)

Before carrying out security on a security object, security
managers are required to make security plans in accordance
with quality standards, so that the security system that is
carried out becomes more effective and efficient. The stages of
building a Security Quality Plan include;

2. PREPARING TRAINED SECURITY PERSONNEL

A good security system will work if it is supported by the
availability of security personnel who are properly
selected and trained.
Often the error in implementing security procedures lies in
the human error factor that carries out the procedure
(Human Error).
To prepare security personnel who are well trained,
professional, dedicated, responsible,
dexterous and responsive, we have set up a special training center to produce qualified security
personnel at Satya Mitra Training Center (SMTC).

3. SETTING UP SECURITY TECHNOLOGY

The importance of applying security technology as a
support for the security system is very important to
achieve the goal of achieving a more effective and efficient
security system.
Technologies that are currently often used are; CCTV
devices, Metal Detector (Walk through / Handheld),

Bomb Detector, Chemical Detector, X-Ray Screening, Guardtour, Access Control, GPS,
communication devices, Night Vision, personal protection equipment and others.
Preparing security personnel who are able to operate these devices properly, means that we
also prepare special training for operators of these security devices.
For example, the application of the use of CCTV, that this device is not just for recording
documentation alone, although handling this documentation also needs sensitive action because
it involves evidence if there is an incident, but how to use this device for Preventive action
(prevention), able to detect criminals or vulnerable conditions, identify the circulation of people,
vehicles and goods. Of course, to prepare these monitors, special training is needed, one of which
is the science of Surveillance Detection.

owned by PT Satya Mitra Waspada located at Jl. Saco, Kel. Ragunan, Kec. Pasar Minggu,
South Jakarta. Established in 2012, SMTC has trained thousands of security personnel
and Company employees.
SMTC was built based on the demands of internal needs for qualified and work-

 Often fire hazard prevention is the responsibility of security
members, even though the secured object has its own "Emergency
Response" team, security members are still at the forefront of fire hazard
prevention. Not only that, in prevention efforts, security members often
double as safety supervisors, especially in efforts to prevent fire hazards.
Of course, it becomes ineffective and a risk in itself if the responsibility
given is without being given special training on fire hazards.
Seeing these conditions and needs, PT Satya Mitra Waspada is
responsible for equipping its members with fire fighting knowledge. Not
only technical training on how to fight fires (fire fighter), theory and
practice. But also given an understanding and awareness of the dangers of
fire. Forming a mentality and high concern for the threat of fire, and the
ability to take prevention by being able to detect and prevent sources of
danger that might cause a fire.
This is one of the advantages possessed by our security personnel
from PT Satya Mitra Waspada.
 The training method provided to each of our security personnel is in
the form of theory, practice and simulation of events, with a learning period
of 32 hours of material provided during basic security training conducted at
Satya Mitra Training Center, as well as inhouse training at the place of duty.
With the support of trainers who are competent in their fields.
Fire Extinguisher Training is already a mandatory certified training.
So, after going through the firefighter certification training, the trainee will
get the Firefighter Proficiency LENCANA as a sign that he is ready to be in
charge of protecting every asset from the danger of fire.
This firefighter training will also be carried out as a refresher training
which is carried out periodically every 6 months or once a year according to
the conditions where they serve.
The basic training curriculum includes;
1. Recognizing the Basic Theory of Fire
2. Fire Classification
3. Knowing Traditional Fire Extinguisher
4. Familiarity with Modern Fire Extinguishers
5. Fire Hazard Prevention Efforts
6. Fire Fighting Efforts
7. Emergency Response Team Organization
8. Etc.

 We equip each of our security personnel with martial arts,
the knowledge we learn is more likely to DESTROY the opponent,
not destroy.
The techniques we learn are how security members are able to
paralyze violent or criminal (unruly) perpetrators with LOCKING
techniques, dropping techniques and SLAMS. Because according
to our job function of securing we limit ourselves to not
destroying but only paralyzing.
Of course in this martial arts we still practice Punching,
parrying and kicking techniques as basic techniques of martial
arts.
We require each of our security personnel to always
practice this martial art, so that it really becomes his provision in
the task of maintaining security and safety, the safety of the
people and assets he secures. we opened a dojo at our
operational office in Kalibata, South Jakarta.

 We provide basic shooting training
in our Basic Security education and
training curriculum, the aim is to
introduce them to the what and how of
firearms, so that as members of the
security force they are familiar with
firearms.
At certain levels of position, the use of
firearms is part of their duties, such as
special escort duties.

This training is an important benefit for our security members, because with a
high Safety Procedure will train them to discipline, accuracy in action and
prudence.
In addition, the many procedures that must be followed to hold firearms, we also
teach them about wisdom and wisdom in carrying out their duties.
