Good day Grade IV learners!

In this module, you will solve routine and non-


routine problems involving squares, rectangles, triangles,
parallelograms, and trapezoids. Understanding the problem and
following the steps in solving word problem will help you find the
correct answer.

At the end of this module, you are expected to:


• Solve routine and non-routine problems
involving squares, rectangles, triangles,
parallelograms, and trapezoids.

1. Find the area of a square if side is 27 cm.

for the area of a square, a rectangle, a triangle, a parallelogram,
and a trapezoid.
