What is grading?

A system which usually students is being evaluated by

teachers. Education system had undergone revolution where students are
given the right to grade their teachers. This grading system aims to look at
teacher’s performance at school. In my opinion, I think that students should be
allowed to grade their teacher to it can enhance teacher’s teaching skill.
First and foremost, grading a teacher can improve their teaching quality,
which is lack of ethic of being teacher grading can let them be more patience,
caring and helpful. Besides, it can solve the problem of aggressive or
impatience, for example make fun of student or teasing students. In addition,
grading a teacher also may let them know about the sense of sympathy, it takes
them put themselves in student’s shoe to helping more weaker students.
Furthermore, teacher should play a role as a facilitator instead of a
commander, teacher should not give instruction with limited explanation this
may let some student suffering with the problem they facing. Current
