1.ln continuation to letter No.44.NT (S)/ZOQ7 dated 8th July, 2013, the
competent authority has now further detegated the issuance of
Internationat Ship Security Certificate (ISSC), Ship Security Certificate
, (SSC) (Coastat) and Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR), to lndian ships by
the concerned Registrars of Ships.

7. This detegation of authority is with immediate effect. At[ concerned are

hereby advised to approach the Registrar for issuance o{ such
documents.
