RULES

PK XD Fashion Looks Challenge​ Contest Rules

1. GENERAL RULES

A. PK XD will hold a contest called "PK XD Fashion Looks Challenge" for

which the following rules are established.
B. This regulation aims to ensure the proper conduct of the contest, providing
equal conditions for all participants.
C. ​Any participant who engages in undesirable behavior against the jury,
organization, or other participants, may be excluded from this or other
contests organized by PK XD.
D. It will be up to the organizers to define and regulate any element not
contemplated in this regulation.
E. For the simple fact of participating in the contest, it is understood that the
participants know and accept the terms and conditions established in this
regulation.
F. If, in the opinion of PK XD and for justified reasons, a participant violates
the rules contained in this document, PK XD reserves the power to exclude
them from the contest and remove the prizes if they’re the winner.
G. ​This is a contest not linked to any type of financial remuneration.
2. CONTEST RULES

To participate in the contest:

A. Participants must download the file, or print the image, or take a photo of the
clothing model shared on PK XD’s social channels, and create a personalized
print using the model provided.
B. Any user with a PK XD account can participate, but only ​one art per user will
be accepted, so go for it and show your style!
C. Arts with discriminatory content of any nature or that violate third parties’
intellectual property or that have offensive or violent material, or that violate
the law will not be accepted.
D. Arts must be created using the provided model, and any creation outside its
line art will not be considered. (Examples that will not be considered:
background art, landscape, or characters wearing the outfit).
E. Any painting techniques, such as digital painting, markers, colored pencils, or
paint, can be used. Collages are also accepted, but only if it’s possible to
recreate them in-game.
F. Arts using registered characters or existing brands are not allowed in this
contest, even if they are property of the author of the art.
G. The art must have a connection with the PK XD universe.
H. Participants must submit the artwork using the form provided during the
registration period that is attached to the end of the document. The
information sent through the form must be correct; otherwise, the user will be
disqualified.
I. By submitting your artwork through the form, you declare that you are the
author. If plagiarism is discovered, the participant will be disqualified and may
be banned from future PK XD contests.
J. Chosen artworks may undergo modifications to suit the style of the game.
K. Participants who submit their artwork certify that they have read and agree
with all the contest rules and regulations.
 L. Contest applications will only be valid if sent before August 10th, 2020, at 8
PM PDT.

3. DATES

● Contest application period: from August 7th to August 10th, 2020, at 8 PM

PDT.
● Announcement of winners: ​August 17, 2020 (subject to change).

4. EVALUATION

● Entrees will be evaluated by a jury composed of PK XD experts.

● The five artworks that best suit the categories ​“creativity” and ​“adaptation
to the Universe of PK XD”​ will be the winners.
● The jury's decision is permanent and irrefutable.

5. WINNERS

The five winners will be announced and notified on August 17th, 2020. After
the winners’ announcement, PK XD will add the coins and gems directly to the
account informed in the registration.

6. PRIZES

● 100,000 coins and 1,000 gems.

● The five winning artworks will be transformed into clothes in PK XD so that
players from around the world may purchase and wear these looks. There is
no deadline for the clothes to be added to the game.
Note: ​These prizes are personal and non-transferable.
The total prize pool associated with the contest is 5 (five) prizes, consisting on of one
(1) for each finalist.

7. CONCESSION OF RIGHTS TO THE APP

Each participant will retain ownership of the art with which he/she participates and
the corresponding intellectual property rights over it. However, and considering the
opportunities granted here, each Participant (or, if the Participant is a minor, the
respective parent or guardian) grants PK XD an exclusive, irreversible, permanent
and universal license, totally free and royalty-free, to use, distribute and
commercially explore the artwork entered in the contest for any purpose related to
the Contest and advertising.

PK XD preserves the right to edit the final artworks as it sees fit and adapt them to
be added to the game. PK XD reserves the right, but not the obligation, to use the
artwork submitted for this Contest for any purpose, including, without limitation, on
online publication [posting], commercial sale, reproduction, dissemination,
advertising and promotion, and each Participant acknowledges and understands that
there will be no additional payment, royalties or compensation from PK XD, its
creative company or employees, following this concession of rights.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS CONCESSION OF RIGHTS, DO NOT

APPLY TO THE CONTEST.

At the sole discretion of PK XD, candidates and winners who do not comply with
these Rules or who attempt to interfere in this Contest will be disqualified.
