The reasons why Engr. Castillo, Engr. David and Engr. Ocampo is overload with 2 units due to
the following:

1. All our full-time faculty are already fully loaded, the excess loads happens to fit their
schedule.
2. To avoid faculty loads violation, such us teaching more than three hours consecutive
and the number of teaching load preparation.
