LEASE AGREEMENT

This deed of agreement made this the 8 th day of March 2024 between Chhena
Pradhan S/o Khali Pradhan, aged about 62 years R/o Village Badagada, P.o Bandhaguda,
Ps Sheragada, Dist Ganjam (Hereinafter called as the 1 st party Lessor) of the one part
and Baba Chandeswar Pani Panchayat, Badagada, through its President Gopal Sahu S/o
Krushna Sahu aged about 65 years, R/o village Badagada, P.o Bandhaguda, Ps
Sheragada, Dist Ganjam hereinafter called the 2nd Party lessee of the other part.
WHEREAS the 1st party is the rightful owner in possession of following room
detailed below which is recorded in the name Lingaraj Pradhan, Father-in-Law of 1 st
party.
WHEREAS the 1st party is willing and interested to lease out his said room on
rental basis.
Whereas the 2nd party members as approached the 1st party to lease out the said
room for establishing on rent to him which is agreed upon by both the parties on the
following terms and conditions.

1. That, the period of lease shall be for 1(One) years i.e. from 08.03.2024 to
07.03.2025, but 2nd party member may extend the lease hold under new
agreement as agreed upon by the 1st party.
2. That, the 2nd party member will run their office of Baba Chandeswar Pani
Panchayat, Badagada on the said Room.
3. That, the 2nd party has no right to sub-lease the room to anybody.
4. That, after expire of lease period the 2 nd party will hand over the vacant
possession of the room to 1st party.
 5. That, the monthly rent of the room is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only
which is payable by the 2nd party to 1st party in the 1st week of each
commencing month.
6. That, the 1st party pay the Revenue Tax.
7. That, the 2nd party will pay the electricity of the room.
8. That, the 2nd party will not cause and damage to the room.
9. That, the 2nd party can be terminated at any time after issue of 30 days notice
by either side.
10. That, the deed of lease shall commence into force from 08.03.2024 to
07.03.2025

In witnesses whereof the parties have put their hands on the 08 th day of March 2024.
